Most of our menu is built for it. Our falafel is vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free. Both hummus varieties, the yellow rice, the fresh romaine base, and nearly every topping and sauce are plant-based. Every menu item is clearly marked GF, V, or VG so you can build a meal that fits your diet. (Note: our falafel is fried in a shared fryer that may contain traces of gluten.)
