Every Spin Is a Win: What's New at Pita Chip

We've been busy. Three updates just went live, and they all point in the same direction: more ways to enjoy the food you already love. Here's what's new:

🎡 Spin the Wheel — Our New Instant Win Game

The biggest news first: Spin the Wheel is now live in all four Pita Chip locations.

Here's how it works. When you visit, sign in to Fresh Rewards at the in-store tablet. Once you're checked in, you get a spin — and every spin wins something. There are no losing slots, no "try again," no walking away empty-handed. Bonus points, free desserts, discount deals, surprise treats — the wheel always pays out.

Some spins are bigger than others. A few of the slots hide bigger prizes that bring you back for a second visit, and we'll be rotating in new top prizes from time to time, so it's worth checking the wheel every time you stop in.

One important note: the wheel only lives in-store. You can't spin it from the app or the website. It's our way of saying thanks for showing up in person — and giving you one more reason to make Pita Chip a regular stop.

We took a hard look at our rewards catalog and rebuilt it around what you actually order. The result is a simpler, more rewarding lineup with better food at better point values:

📱 The App Just Got an Upgrade

We've also rolled out an updated version of the Pita Chip app. It's cleaner, faster, and built around the new Fresh Rewards experience. Ordering is smoother, your points are easier to track, and the whole thing just feels better to use.

If you already have the app installed, head to the App Store or Google Play and update to the latest version. If you don't have it yet, this is a good time to download it — between Spin the Wheel in-store and Fresh Rewards in your pocket, there's never been a better time to be a regular at Pita Chip.
