Pita Chip is a locally-owned Modern Middle Eastern restaurant built around recipes Chef Omar Alsaadi spent decades developing in Philadelphia. Every pita is stuffed to order. The falafel is fried fresh. The tahini is the real thing. And the fries with garlic sauce? That's the combination Bucks County clearly agrees is worth voting for.

We opened in Yardley because we believed Bucks County was ready for something different from the usual fast-casual lineup — bigger flavors, fresher ingredients, and a menu that actually rewards curiosity. This award tells us we read the room right.
